I lost inches the first week!
Shapely Secrets may be only seven minutes, but it gives you results! In week one, I lost an inch in each of my arms, one and a half inches in my thighs, an inch in my hips and only a half in from my belly. The half inch was disappointing, because that's the main place that I need to lose weight from, but I'm not complaining because it's a half inch smaller than it used to be! Plus, I read that the Abdonda (SS Adanced) video focuses on the belly, so I'll get that when I'm ready.
A diet plan came with the SS package, but I didn't abide by it. I ate what I usually eat, just less.
The only thing you really need is the workout video and tape measure. Everything else is just waste- I never even look at the other stuff. If you can just find the workout video on its own, I'd suggest that. I'm sure it'd be cheaper.

Greer has done it once again! Her Shapely Secrets regimen is NOT easy to do. It burns and it hurts and it WORKS!! Stand still and do this program and you'll see for yourself!

This program is a lot harder than it looks. It definitely gives your muscles a work out and should not be looked at as easy. It arrived very fast and just as stated. Got it for a good price.

Maybe good for some, but very annoyingJul 25, 2011

I bought this set at a garage sale for $2 a couple weeks ago. No wonder only 2 of the dvd's were opened! Greers exercises may be helpful, but she hardly ever uses her Body Flex, most of the exercises you will find on any other workout, they are ones that I could make up easily in my kitchen with out a problem. Just sit there and flex your body, thats the workout. She doesn't really explain how to do the workout properly, just expects you to watch her sit there flexing and copy what she is doing. And...I'm very sorry to say it, but her voice and squeaky breathing is the most annoying part. I actually just laughed, because she holds her breath, then lets it out in an almost painful sounding squeak before she takes another breath that sounds even worse than the squeak! lol, sorry Greer. I would MAYBE recommend the set for someone who is over 55 and has lots of time to watch Greer breath.
